Introductory Consultation

• This introductory consultation allows you to meet Dr. Kenna Brooke and ask questions regarding naturopathic care, available alternative medicine therapies, time and/or financial commitments to your care and any other questions or concerns you may have. This will help you determine whether Naturopathic Medicine is right for you.

Initial Consultation

• $150.00
• 1½-2 Hours
• Initial consultation includes a medical intake consisting of a comprehensive medical history along with discussion of your primary health concerns and available therapies to address those concerns. Recent records and/or labs should be brought with you to the first appointment.

Homeopathic Intake

• $150.00
• 1½-3 Hours
• If homeopathy is determined as an appropriate therapy during your initial consultation, another appointment will be scheduled for a homeopathic intake. This intake will be an in depth interview tha t will help Dr. Brooke determine the appropriate homeopathic remedy for your individualized case.

Follow Up Visits

• $80.00
• 30-45 Minutes
• Typically, follow up visits occur monthly for chronic conditions. These visits help monitor progress and determine any changes to your care as you journey towards optimal health and vitality.

Scheduling Visits

To schedule an appointment with Dr. Kenna Brooke, ND call 720-675-WELL (9355), office visits are by appointment only. Please print and fill out all necessary intake forms prior to your appointment and bring them with you to the initial consultation.

Payment

Payment is expected upon services rendered. Cash, check and credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation

Dr. Brooke has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is cancelled, with less than 24 hours notice, there is a $50 fee for initial consultations and homeopathic intakes and a $30 fee for follow-ups. Missed appointments will be billed in full. Dr. Brooke understands that true emergencies may occur and will determine fees billed on an individualized basis.

Insurance

Unfortunately, at this time, most insurance companies do not cover Naturopathic care. Some flexible spending accounts will cover Dr. Brooke’s services and/or products. Please check with your insurance company to determine whether your plan covers such care.
